In October, Cities for Better Health will share a stand-out example of activating and maintaining engagement with children and vulnerable youth through physical activity.
Join us for a deep-dive webinar highlighting how Mills Club, a freestyle sports association in Copenhagen, has attracted over 500 youth members and nurtured an inclusive environment that children, especially those with behavioural challenges, have found immensely supportive.
Increasing opportunities for skating and scootering by providing a
safe space where children can practice has provided an opportunity to
mentor children, help them navigate apprenticeships, and even find
paths to employment.
Webinar: Improving health equity among young people
through freestyle sports

We are delighted to welcome Jasper Schipperijn of the University of Southern Denmark who will talk about the built environment and the importance of active play in young person's formative years.
