C40 is a network of the world’s megacities that have committed to addressing climate change. On 29 September, the C40 Walking and Cycling Network held a panel discussion focusing on “The Intersection of Public Health, Physical Activity and the Environment.”

The discussion centred on how we ensure we are sufficiently integrating these policy areas and maximising benefits from synergies. The recording is now available, and you can watch this conversation with experts online.

The expert panel included five remarkable leaders – Carolina Urrutia Vasquez, City of Bogota, Fernanda Rivera, Mexico City, Claudia Adriazola-Steil, WRI Ross Center for Sustainable Cities, Francesca Racioppi, WHO European Centre for Environment and Health, and Jennifer Lenhart, Global Lead Cities, WWF. The recording is well worth a watch and can be accessed here.
