The first episode of the EAT@Home series, which comprises four episodes and will run until mid-December, aired this week. 

Eat@Home series

The episode is just over an hour long and focuses on the importance of healthy and sustainable diets. In it, Niels Lund shares his thoughts on how Cities for Better Health is contributing to ensuring that city residents have access to healthier foods. In the episode, you also get a status update on the C40 Good Food City Declaration, get to learn more about the healthy food measures implemented in Milan, and meet a representative of the Bite Back initiative in Leicester that advocates for healthier spaces and diets for adolescents in cities.
