Steno Diabetes Center Copenhagen invites you to participate in the CODIAC survey about what is important for user involvement in diabetes prevention, care and research, and I encourage you to do so. Sharing and contributing across our network is the lifeblood of Cities Changing Diabetes, and the inputs you give will help shape the CODIAC conference taking place in November.

CODIAC (which stands for Copenhagen Diabetes Consensus) is an initiative that aims to communicate better and develop knowledge about the value and impact of a user-involving approach in diabetes prevention, care and research.

As of today and running until 10 November 2021, you are invited to contribute by rating statements about what is important when involving people with diabetes and other interested parties in diabetes prevention, care and research. The output will be sorted and ranked statements in thematic groups that will frame the CODIAC discussions.

If you can participate, please enter the survey via this link. Learn more about the CODIAC initiative, the survey, and how you can contribute through the CODIAC homepage, and remember, the deadline is 10 November.
