Within the scope of Cities Changing Obesity in Istanbul, 16 kindergarten teachers will receive a "Persona Dolls Approach Practitioner Training Certificate" after completing a 3-month training and supervision process guided by expert trainers. The Persona Dolls Approach is a tool in the fight against prejudice and discrimination, helping children express their feelings, understand the feelings of others, respect people with diverse identities, ethnicity, gender, colour or disabilities.
The third and final phase of the Istanbul training will conclude in mid-February, and the teachers will receive their certificates on 20 February as qualified Persona Dolls Approach Practitioners.
